College Reunion is a movie•ment that combines the social spark of entertainment with the structure of the education field to create a movie that changes the world.
College Reunion is hosting the Homecoming is Not the End event on November 4th to create a dynamic, virtual space for HBCU alumni, students, and supporters to connect, celebrate, and galvanize the vote ahead of Election Day. By sharing “I Voted” stickers on our social media and highlighting the legacy of HBCUs, we aim to inspire civic engagement while raising awareness for our Think Tank and building support for K-12 education initiatives. This event will also help raise crucial funds to continue our mission of fostering community and educational equity.
You can learn more about the overall project by listening to our director, Dr. Carla McCullough on this podcast interview. . Additionally check out this Op-Ed discusses why College Reunion is tackling chronic absenteeism.
